REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: Smartyroos offers a 7-day cooling-off period for all mock exam registrations, provided the exam has not yet taken place. If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled exam, you may request a refund minus a $20 administration fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled exam are not eligible for a refund; however, an alternative sitting may be arranged where possible. Students who do not attend without prior notice (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. In the case of genuine technical issues, Smartyroos will make every effort to arrange an alternative sitting. PRIVACY POLICY: Smartyroos collects student and parent details only for the purposes of exam registration, payment processing, and providing feedback. All information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Participation in Zoom-supervised sessions is optional; these sessions are live only and will never be recorded.
